  As a Data Analyst Intern in the Human Resources Department, I excelled in various responsibilities, including:- Conducting detailed analysis of data from Great Place to Work, leading to actionable insights presented to department heads.- Standardizing and managing manpower data using Excel, including payroll comparisons and event planning.- Maintaining accurate employee records in the HONOHR system.- Designing interactive Power BI dashboards for data visualization and conducting training sessions for HR personnel.- Developing Python programs to streamline tasks, resulting in significant time and resource savings.- Contributing to marketing efforts through video creation, flyer design, and other promotional activities.- Active involvement in HR activities such as training management, recruitment, and service letter creation, showcasing versatility and adaptability.- Gaining valuable experience and understanding of the glass manufacturing process due to the unique opportunity of working in the only glass bottles packaging & manufacturing company in Sri Lanka.Overall, my internship demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, technical skills, and organizational abilities, contributing significantly to departmental objectives.
