      EXPERIENCE: TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY (TVA)July 2012 - Present Power Maintenance and Test Engineer (Direct with TVA)TVA Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBNP) - Spring City, Tennessee Performed maintenance, modification and troubleshooting tasks on high voltage substation switchgear and protective relays at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant. Tested, maintained and supported replacement of 161 kV and 500 kV substation breakers and controls. Calibrated plant power protective relays including the newest digital relays from SEL, ABB and Bassler. .Jan. 2010 - July 2012 Power Maintenance and Test Engineer (Contractor)TVA Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBNP) - Spring City, TennesseeTested, maintained and supported replacement of 161 kV and 500 kV substation breakers and controls. Calibrated plant power protective relays including the newest digital relays from SEL, ABB and Bassler. Supported the upgrade of WBNP’s 500 kV substation to a double breaker scheme. Assignments included writing and performing post modification acceptance tests. Prepared and performed post modification acceptance testing on replacement 161 kV and 500 kV SF6 breakers. Provided oversight for these tasks when required.
