Meticulous and collected instructional style resulted in a graduation GPA of 94%, ensuring every student was prepared for immediate success in their assigned work centers.●As Learning Site Curriculum Manager authored 1 new, 23-page, chapter for the AppCLP Student and Instructor Guides and made critical revisions to 50 instructional briefs. The ability to swiftly adapt to meet the every-changing target streamlined the course and made it possible for students to hit the deck running upon entering their work centers.●Graduated Military Cryptologic Continuing Education Program (MCCEP) Phase III (Master Level). Became the 35th of 6,804 active-duty DoD-wide linguists, the 9th Sailor out of 255 Russian linguists and only the 3rd junior enlisted Russian linguist Navy-wide to complete MCCEP. Demonstrated mastery of skills required to be one of the most qualified and linguists in the DoD.●Spearheaded the Russian portion of the 2013 Fort Meade Joint Language Wars. Dedicated 53 off-duty hours to develop 54% of the team’s product. As a judge, he objectively scored the performance of 16 joint-service personnel during the four-day language competition. His leadership and technical acumen were critical to the competition’s success.●Qualified Master Training Specialist. Used qualification to take a leadership role and mentor, instruct and evaluate other instructors and develop curricula products. Show less ●As inspector and lead interpreter, during three intrusive inspections into the Russian Federation as a part of a ten-person, joint military/civilian inspection team. Adept interpretation and translation for US and Russian Federation Team Chiefs during highly sensitive New START Treaty inspections resulted in 100% mission accomplishment, maximized US treaty rights and established positive precedents for future missions. Instrumental in the training and qualification of newly assigned language personnel during these missions and worked tirelessly to mentor DTRA’s linguists by sharing experiences and expertise, ensuring the highest mission readiness.●Named as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) 2011 Navy Language Professional of the Year. Consistently performed well under stress, above peers, and at a level well above his rank.●As escort and interpreter, during three escort missions to US strategic nuclear facilities provided interpreting and translation to US and Russian Team Chiefs ensured treaty compliance, implementation, and verification of the central limits on strategic offensive arms and all treaty obligations. Efforts resulted in 100% mission accomplishment and maximization of US treaty rights.●Sole interpreter at the Defense Attaché Office in Moscow, Russia for a period of 6 weeks. Responsible for translation of 111 diplomatic notes, interpretation at 3 high-level Naval exercise discussion, and the Secretary of Defense's meeting with the Russian Ministry of Defense. Superior linguistic acumen allowed Secretary of Defense Gates to improve US-Russian military relationship.●Sole interpreter working with senior US Government representative at remote former Soviet Nuclear test site at Semipalatinsk, Kazakhstan supporting multilateral WMD nonproliferation initiatives.
