Through this work, procedures were unified and efficiently implemented to achieve the company's goals consistently and systematically.Secondly, I effectively contributed to preparing the governance manual for the company. This manual was developed to ensure the implementation of best practices and adherence to legal and regulatory standards applicable within the company.Additionally, I actively participated in preparing the general and operational authority matrix, which is crucial for achieving a balance between authorities and delegating powers within the company, thereby enhancing internal control and reducing the risk of fraud.I also developed interactive dashboards for all departments and positions within the company, which facilitates making quick and accurate decisions based on available data and information. Thanks to linking the interactive dashboards to the database, accurate and prompt data were provided without any margin of error between reports and databases, thus enhancing confidence in the data and facilitating the decision-making process.In summary, my achievements in internal audit management represent the efforts made to enhance control and transparency within the company, and to improve processes and decision-making based on accurate and reliable data.
