  My journey at Netflix has evolved from establishing foundational workflows as a solo Administrator to building an international team, based in Los Angeles and London, responsible for the administration of music agreements for Netflix's original content. I spearheaded (and continue to lead) the development and enhancement of the innovative music rights and license tracking/payment technology the internal teams use today. This system is cemented into Netflix Music's infrastructure and has become integral to supporting Netflix's expansive, and ever-changing, music ecosystem.Additionally, my role requires substantial contract review and negotiation, comprehensive knowledge of intellectual property rights, and budget and data analysis to ensure our processes remain cutting-edge and efficient.
