During this internship I learned a lot about the business, and was able to grow as an engineer. I also gained experience of working in an international company. Among other things I got the chance to go offshore for one week at Tyra West, which was a very rewarding experience.In addition I wrote my final thesis in coorporation with Maersk Oil, concerning the reactionforces in Pressure Safety Valves on offshore pipelines.   During my education I was hired and worked at the university as an ambassador. This was a very rewarding job, that gave me the possibility to get out and talk to young adults about their possibilities for the future. In this job I have had the opportunity to participate in "forskningens døgn" (One day of research, a day with the chance to talk to children in public school about the different programs at universitys). I have also participated in open house arrangements, and taught highschool students in a week of university internship.In addition I had the opportunity to be featured in a short movie about the program, as well as how a normal day at the university is for an engineering student.
