  Deliver live and remote training programs as well as develop curriculum for service providers in the fields of homeless services, local government, education and private institutions. Facilitate learning through role playing, simulations, activities, team exercises, group discussions, videos and lectures. Subjects include supervisory, interim and permanent supportive housing case management, outreach approaches, documentation best practices, Microsoft Office, and evidence-based practices such as Housing First, Trauma-Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Critical Time Intervention, Progressive Engagement, and Motivational Interviewing.
