  From April/2014 - June/2015 I was a responsible for the development of new areas of kitting and sequencing, in order to reduce complexity and/or fit new parts inside the line for new programs.The development of the new areas was since the concept, design, time study until the implementation of the new area, coordinate the transition and tests, and also training the operators.From Dec/2012 - April/2014 I used to be VRT leader (Variation Reduction Team) for Powertrain, being responsible for solve internal problems and correlate them to short/long time in service, as well presentate to Quality stakeholders every month the major issues, their solution and help needed.   Data Engineer

  I was data engineer for the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge Brazil with experience in races in South America and Europe. I worked with the Porsche 911 GT3 991 and 997 using Cosworth Pi Toolbox/tool set, and also Motec i2/ADL2.During the racing weekend my duties were monitoring vital signs before and after each session, driver and car analysis, strategy, car setup (ARB, Brake Bias, Wing) and report for the event.

  Suspension Subgroup leader

  The development of the 2016 car has been a big development for the group with many changes from the last year`s car, mainly in suspension group once the major change was reducing the wheel size from 13 to 10 inches.I have been head of the rockers development from the concept until the manufacturing, and as a subgroup leader I have help with the development of 3 other students (undergraduate and MSc.)

  Data Engineer

  During this period I replace a data engineer for the team, being responsible for data acquisition of two cars (Jason Plato and Colin Turkington) on the British Touring Car Championship.During the free practice/race/test day I manage all vital data and produce a statics and dynamics metrics to build some history for the new car.I also developed a spreadsheet varying ARB positions for 2 different blades and different springs setup on the front and rear of the car to calculate car stiffness.
