  ➢ Role was to work in the operations-team for the Tele2 billing system. Later it also included the testing of each software-release for the rating & billing system, checking that all CDRs were rated correctly and through random sampling to establish that the bills was produced in proper layout.➢ Role also included verifying totals, producing custom pre and post billing-reports and together with finance-department going over all accumulated usages and doing complete checks on random sample customers.➢ Billing & system-administration group, being responsible for rating, billing, allocating unrated calls and performing a lot majority of basic server-maintenance and cluster-monitoring tasks.➢ ISO900x documentations. For a period Tele2 acquired and updated their ISO-certification and during this time the tasks was mainly being responsible for writing full documentation about the billing system and how the pre-processing, rating, billing and invoicing was done.   Consultant in Tele2 Billing Operations Prepaid Test. Test the mobile telephony systems for several countries and in case of errors, reporting trouble tickets to suppliers and retest after patches/corrections.➢ Prepaid User Interface, GUI, tests to confirm user friendliness for Customer Care and others.➢ Mediation Device (MD), tests to verify MD functionality and sending of correct commands to the correct server, load testing of MD and blocking in MD.➢ Tests of general mobile telephony functionality such as SMS, call forwarding and voice mail. These services were controlled in GUI, MD and other appropriate servers.➢ Controlling that correct products/commands are sent to the HLR, verification that the correct services are provisioned.➢ Test of price plans, including dynamic price plans, as well as bonus and discounts➢ Translation of Swedish documents to English, as a preparation for hand-over to a new test group➢ Training of new test group members in system functionality and test methods.
