      Provided expertise and direction for the quality of Nature's Variety petfood produced at 9 co-manufacturers locations, a sample pack partner and suppliers of materials and ingredients. This accounted for 70% of the company's sku's and included kibble, cans, baked biscuits, bully sticks, and ice cream. Reported to VP Quality and Regulatory Affairs. *Lowered consumer complaints by more than 40%*Member of corporate Packaging Leadership Team and Director Leadership group*Spring 2017-member of 3 person team to successfully refresh formulas and packaging for over 80 sku's of kibble, in a five week period. Onsite at copacker.*July to November 2017- qualified over 50 sku's on R&D test and first production runs at a secondary copacker. Included 4 sites in Lincoln, a HPP coprocessor and a freeze drying coprocessor. Raw frozen pieces were freeze dried to market as treats and as an addition to kibble (kibble +).
