Supervise/ Coordinate all maintenance activities within 2 - 10K bbl/day SAGD oil production facility CPF and associated well pads. Responsible for all trades and contractors as well as turnaround coordination and safety leadership. Responsible for talent acquisition/ hiring as well as department optimization and cost control initiatives. Work with Engineering on MOC projects. Extensive CMMS (Maximo) super user roles and responsibilities to maintain asset management system. Day to day hands on technical mechanical maintenance and turnaround planning/ supervision for 2 - 10K bbl/day SAGD oil production facilities. Relief maintenance coordinator duties for vacation coverage.
