  Currently employed as an in-house paralegal at the software company Redgate Software Ltd. My main responsibilities involve negotiating with customers and drafting EULAs, NDAs and transition agreements. I am also involved with handling employment, property and licensing matters. The company has only recently created a legal team which enables me to be exposed to a wide arrange of responsibilities and opportunities within the company, with projects ranging from assessing our distribution licenses, to open source reviews, and assessing our code of conduct and ESG practices.
