  Reviewed and improved company workflow and procedures. I rebuilt the company's customer service procedures using new technology to cut the average customer service call from 1.5 minutes to 30 seconds. I trained the customer service staff in the new procedures. During the busiest season the staff we were able to reduce customer service staff from 10 to 3 employees and, at the same time, boost productivity allowing us to increase our ability to handle calls from 400 per day to 1200.Initiated the migration of the company's website from its original static design to a more dynamic, database driven experience.Managed a newly created educational department using Moodle.
