  The Fund for Education Abroad is a 501(c)3 non-profit that supports minority and first-generation college students to participate in education abroad programs. Stepping in for the organization's Executive Director while she was on maternity leave, I coordinated a scholarship application review process to evaluate more than 1000 study abroad scholarship applicants. I also served as a volunteer manager, recruiting, training, and coordinating more than 60 application reviewers from higher education institutions and organizations around the U.S. After the scholarship cycle, I analyzed applicant data and reported on application trends and demographics in order to better attract students traditionally underrepresented in study abroad.
