Supervision of M&R program: budget, fund request, biddings, procurement of goods and services, purchase orders, coordination of M&R contractors, quality control, M&R contracts administration. M&R is for making sure the equipment installed in service stations is being maintained and working properly: tanks, fuel lines, dispensers, C-Store equipment, utilities (telephone, electricity, water, sewage, etc), lighting, signage, building, pavement. M&R includes also closing of service stations when shutted down and put out of service: tank removals, demolitions, equipment removal, remediation works, etc.• Other: Technical Assistance to Sales Management, fixed assets control, coordination of safety programs, training & certification of contractors, HSE management, performance evaluation of contractors, assistance in land adquisition process for new service stations.
