      Management of ExxonMobil projects/M&R programs in Central America: Honduras, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Belize. Fuel service stations, "On The Run" convenience stores, industrial facilities, lubes facilities and similar projects.• Projects: management, execution, coordination of all construction process: feasibility, designs, budgets, funds requests, CAPEX, biddings, contracting, coordination with suppliers, purchase orders, coordination of shipping/delivery of goods for projects. supervision, execution, quality control. Successfully managed construction of 24 service stations and 15 “On the Run” Convenience Stores, total investment 17 M$.• M&R: management/coordination of M&R program in ExxonMobil service stations in Honduras (60), Guatemala (110), Nicaragua (38) and Belize (10), for a total of 218 service stations. Supervision of M&R program: budget, fund request, biddings, procurement of goods and services, purchase orders, coordination of M&R contractors, quality control, M&R contracts administration. M&R is for making sure the equipment installed in service stations is being maintained and working properly: tanks, fuel lines, dispensers, C-Store equipment, utilities (telephone, electricity, water, sewage, etc), lighting, signage, building, pavement. M&R includes also closing of service stations when shutted down and put out of service: tank removals, demolitions, equipment removal, remediation works, etc.• Other: Technical Assistance to Sales Management, fixed assets control, coordination of safety programs, training & certification of contractors, HSE management, performance evaluation of contractors, assistance in land adquisition process for new service stations.
