  My time at UTi helped me understand and operate within a corporate structure that functions on a matrix basis for the development of the custom freight forwarding system. I have spent and performed many projects while interacting with the highest level of project managers in the industry during the deployment effort. This experience allowed me to work in many different teams and help problem-solve incidents on the go for the delivery of the transformation initiatives at UTi. While at UTi I have:• Led discussions on what needs to be accomplished to help the company’s local teams understand a variety of templates for their clients and vendors in order to prepare their listing for the data conversion process for the 1World deployment project.• Performed business analysis to understand the nature of the local business in order to meld the data into the new globalized system. I also helped in testing both the data quality and the system environments’ configurations by working together with the deployment and configuration teams.• Performed a variety of project related activities including status reports for the progress of the team’s projects and presented them to the related parties; and identified and helped resolve issues in the spirit of teamwork.
