      I managed a complex, end-to-end, internally developed cloud-hosted platform with internal- and external-facing APIs and extensive functionality—including an agent ID verification system, agent queue management, load balancing, document definition, dataset labeling, and administrative functions. I partnered with end-users to determine key needs—and translated those needs into features. I then worked closely with developers to ensure that all tools and processes were in place to achieve our development objectives. I prioritized internal and external customer requests and reviewed the feature wish list to determine urgency and feasibility. I researched and wrote features, prioritized the features queue, built and updated roadmaps within an Agile environment, planned sprints, and refined features with our teams. I directed all product operations supporting an extremely high-volume system (750,000+ monthly). I managed an extensive feature wish list, automated manual processes, and led integration with an acquired system. -Reduced transaction time. -Released all feasible wish list features in <2 years. I worked with our agent and technology teams, analyzed workflow processes, determined opportunities to eliminate unnecessary steps, and created / executed a data-driven plan. -Enabled significant increase in productivity—with no increase in headcount.
