      After three years at VisualDNA and a significant increase in responsibilities during my time in the role, I was heading up marketing across the three core areas of HR, Ad Tech and Financial Services and reporting directly into the CEO.Working closely with the CEO and our Head of Strategy, I split my time between marketing strategy, brand management and creative campaigns, lead generation and helping to manage our team. Results included:- Creating and fully managing marketing strategy for Youniverse, a platform for ongoing psychographic assessment and taking stock of life, that resulted in the reduction of CPA by 90% while increasing conversion rates across the customer experience. - Successfully project managing the initial launch of a key analytics product (WHY Analytics) on a tight 2-month deadline. - Helping to build up and run an in-house agency-style team encompassing marketing, creative, copy and design- Managing & working with external PR agency team which resulted in press coverage including the FT and Daily Mail.
