  Job Responsibilities & Experience:• Site in-charge for Cold Commissioning activities / no load trial runs• Meeting the Client and planning the schedule and execution of Commissioning the plant. • Task allocation to team members and monitoring / updation of project time schedule• Coordinating with suppliers and executing the system supplied.• Logic checking and programming of all the interlocking.• No load trial run and first startup of all the Loesche supplied equipments.• Pre Commissioning and Start-Up of Vertical Roller Mills (VRMs).• Weekly reporting to Loesche Germany, updating the site situation. • Cross-checking of all operation-related activities and correcting it if any deviation is found. • Ensuring smooth and effective operation of the Cement grinding circuit. • Training of customer personnel with regard to our machines’ operation.• Ensure safe working environment at site and achieve zero safety severity rate.
