  As a Functional Assignment Manager, oversaw the workforce distribution for 21 career fields assigned to service members across 85 military installations globally. I also mentored a 3-person team to assign over 24K employee specialists to stateside and overseas operations. And I managed the resources available to the team, including time, annual budgets, and materials. Additionally, managed and 100% accounted for a $5.1MM support equipment and tool account, and developed and supervised 119 total force personnel across three (3) diverse career fields to execute maintenance on 16 assigned surveillance aircraft.
