  As Regional President of Central & Costal California for CPH, I managed a division of 60 employees, entitled and built over 900 homes on the Central Coast, reported to corporate offices based out of Orange County, helped establish best practices and operational standards of Capital Pacific Homes. CPH was a publicly traded company that had divisions in California, Texas, Arizona, & Colorado.

  Formed as an independent branch of Capital Pacific Homes. Gavin helped CPDG build out and complete legacy projects from Capital Pacific Homes such as Providence Landing, Old Mill Run & Harps Springs. CPDG also entitled and built out Spanish Oaks in Santa Barbara and Vineyard Village in Buellton. CPDG also expanded their custom home building presence in Santa Barbara and built a number of custom homes ranging from 2 million to 30 million dollars. In addition, Gavin and his team have consulted on the entitlement and development of residential and commercial projects in Santa Barbara County. Show less
