      1.Preparing and attending the Canton Fair and exhibitions abroad, leading to complete the whole process of booth reservations, design, decoration, exhibition and dismantling, finishing visitors' information and being responsible for the customer development and maintenance of customers except from Africa and the Middle East region (mainly in Southeast Asia, South America and Europe);2. Visiting foreign customers and investigating local market, accepting customer audits in factory, doing negotiation with customers and signing a distribution agreement, doing English product-training for cooperated partners;3. Follow-up of non-standard orders and OEM orders and other new product development schedule, participating companies new product development seminars and providing reference suggestions;4. Following up customers inquiries, starting the order review process, placing the production order to the MFG Dept. after deposit payment confirmed in account, following up the order production and timely feedback to customers that may arise;5. Following up the balancing payment and being responsible to contact with the shipping forwarder to place a S/O, arranging the track and goods loading in the container, being responsible for the order customs clearing, goods inspection, marine insurance and etc., ensuring a timely delivery;6. Making all exporting documents and feedback to customers with the updating order status, following up any occured after-sale problems, organizing a meeting and getting a best solution for customer;7. Developping the overseas distribution agreement and forming all exporting business related documents and contracts;8. Getting a summary of the regional sales and reimbursement, and timely report to the leadership about the market trends and customer demands, regularly submit reports weekly plan & summary;9. Participating in the meetings about products design optimization and quality improvement, standardization and other work-related meetings 收起
