  As a Customer Representative at Techycrest, I have been able to successfully leverage my communication and persuasion skills to drive sales and contribute to the company's bottom line. In my first month alone, I was able to follow up with approximately 90 prospective clients, convincing them to purchase our products. As a result of my efforts, approximately 43 of those clients followed through with a purchase.In addition to my sales achievements, I have also been able to develop strong relationships with customers, consistently delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
