Worked on Aldea/ request management process revisions and tracking along with revising Project management instructions to coincide with work in progress. Worked on changing HP services to BOA to be more global by taking the Merrill Lynch business into the BOA network. My role was Data (Network) transition Program Manager and it included responsibility for removing AT&T, IBM, and 9 video conferencing vendors. We onboarded over 50 transitioning employees and over 20 contractors. Now, we are stabilizing operations and processes to include international participation and procedures. Infrastructure management of asset lifecycle and refresh. Capital and resource planning and transition management of remote global workforce and fiscal planning. Responsible for regional teams in LA, AP and EMEA for server refresh and hosting services and indirectly for end user device refresh. Cost containment and company invoicing corrections, fiscal planning, capital planning, EPO management, resource planning and migration to offshore, international participation. Worked on GM Online, Delphi IP restructuring and other projects that supported ITIL based service management for the clients. Built engineering templates with engineering support to create solutions for clients once and share with several clients at once. Microsoft TAP early adopter coordination on behalf of EDS corporation included coordination of internal voluntary participants from active directory, PPT and Excel users to formal testing and integration with EDS IT internal services team. Provided input and attended seminars in Seattle to relay input from company to company.
