  - Simultaneously coordinated two projects with SOS Palestine Children's Villages: a development project professional with 17 adolescents and an art therapy project with 30 children. With a budget of € 7,000 each.- Supervised a group of 10 international and local volunteers- Carried out a fundraising project with the World Confederation of Peñas del Fútbol ClubBarcelona, where we raised € 1,600 and sports equipment to create the first children's soccer team with special needs of the West Bank, Palestine.- Helped with management tasks, such as accounting and with meetings as a part of a scholarship program for disabled boys and girls in Deheisha Refugee Camp.- Participated and organized activities with children with special needs from two orphanages, with adults with mental illness and with elderly.- Taught Spanish classes to local volunteers.   At Esade Alumni Social we promote the active participation of the student and alumni community in our projects and events, aimed at promoting positive social and environmental impact. We mobilize the alumni to create a positive change in their communities and around the world, with the aim of sharing their experiences and knowledge gained in our projects within their work environment and network.1. We organise transformative experiences through the direct participation of the alumni in national and international volunteering programs: - Long-term international consulting projects to support the generation of a productive economy in Latin America and Africa in benefit of the local communities. - Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Platform in collaboration with Ayuda en Acción. - International Pro-Bono Social Consulting Projects, for 50 NGOs each year and 400 volunteers. - International Solidarity Hackathons, for 3 NGOs each year and 100 volunteers. - Alumni Buddy Program in collaboration with Esade2. We help raise awareness and sensitize in social and environmental impact through workshops (i.e. Moving Stories), forums, events, and cineforums.Other tasks related to the management of these projects: impact measurement of the past 3 years using SROI and integrated social value, accounting and budget management with business central, data analytics with salesforce, customer service for our volunteers and counterparts, team management, etc. Show less
