During my internship, I visited Plant I and II both.There I learned:• Plant Safety Rules• Switchgear construction/operation• Single line diagram (SLD) of the Electrical networks of the plant• Motors (Nameplate Data/operation & protection systems)• Transformers (Nameplate Data/operation & protection systems)• I also visited Different Substations, Generator Areas, and Electrical Workshop. That gives me a clear idea about how electricity is produced. • I have also checked the Dielectric strength of transformer oil testing through Megger.
