  Having started as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Shop Marketing Pros, I gained experience in creating and managing organic social media content and email creation as well as digital advertising on Facebook and Google. I then became the director of the Digital Advertising Department in January 2022 where I now lead a team of digital ad managers in creating and managing Facebook and Google Ads for our clients. I am directly responsible for managing budgets of over $1 million annually, implementing tracking measures, analyzing ad metrics and performance and making key optimization decisions in order to maximize ROI based on this data. I also implement effective and efficient processes for maintaining healthy, high performing ads and ensure these processes are accurately carried out by my team in order to reach key benchmarks and client goals.
