      Provided HR administration support to four HR managers and a team of 15 HR professionals. My role was mainly focused around the project coordination of a large corporate services restructure affecting 300 staff. I started out as a customer service representative and was later seconded to a coaching position where I provided coaching solutions to up to 30 call centre staff at any one time. The coaching included tasks such as educating around tax legislation and customer service, how to get through calls and communicate effictivley and preparing tailored performance improvement plans. Also involved in bulk recruitment in the contact centre.
