  Your Savory Fare (YSF) is a food service management firm, owned by husband and wife team, John & Crystal Harvey (professionally known as Chef Jay and Chef Qui' (pronounced Kee). Together, this award-winning celebrity chef couple brings to the table over 30 years of experience in Hospitality and Travel & Tourism yet they attribute their success to their mentor(s), who encourages that every business should have an inclusive community building goal. That goal for YSF is “Excellent Service” rendered by way of a HEARTFELT approach which they believe is a vast distinction from mere customer service. For over a decade, they have become widely known for their international fusion style of cooking as caterers and personal chefs. During the Covid 19 pandemic, they had to pivot and exercise creativity to best service their clients during quarantine. It became evident that it would not be possible to cater as they did pre-covid so, they began manufacturing their own product line of seasonings to enhance the flavor of their customers home cooked meals. Thus, the launch of J.G.T. Seasoning® amid the pandemic began their newest venture in food manufacturing.
