Aside from running the business and outsourcing an IT dept. for several companies. Some of these clients have included 3 major oil companies. TXU Electric Co. Comanche Peak Nuclear Power Plant. Wrangler Concrete and Kopf masonry. My skills include Troubleshooting all manufacturers PC's, Laptops, Network installations, maintenance and devising smarter more efficient strategies for businesses to run their Networks and security. My strongest points are being able to fix (unfixable) problems by other technicians. And the ability to tear apart any device, laptop, or electronic device and complete the re-assembly with ease. To be a good server you must be very task focused, Problem solve on the fly and able to prioritize as problems arise in the back of the restaurant, all the while never letting your guests see you in any way but cool and collected. I enjoy providing a pleasant experience in an otherwise busy and chaotic rush.

  This is a brand new restaurant that I have the privilege of assisting to launch in downtown Dallas Farmers Market District. Everything from ordering Patio Furniture, Restaurant layout and design, Food and menu options. I hired and trained employees for both front of house and back. Implemented procedures for both departments. Opened new accounts with vendors. Advertised and designed promotions and ads. Setup and designed the bar and handled day to day deliveries and ordering of supplies. Guests services were a top priority. Embracing online social media and reviews was job one and monitored and updated daily. I worked with local businesses to book parties and events for over 150 people and local city employees including Council members to host events. At&t City of Dallas were just a few. Within the first few weeks we had a Yelp and Facebook ratings of 5 stars and over 4k users in new online Traffic. I installed of the Cloud based technology for our POS Systems that incorporated Bluetooth, Wireless and wired connectivity. Learned systems and trained all staff to use them as well. Show less
