  Leading and managing Gender-responsive Coastal Adaptation project in Khulna and Satkhira Districts for poverty reduction and climate adaptation. Specific contributions include: Mobilized and empowered 0.7 million vulnerable coastal poor community members.  Developed 1020 Value Chain and Business Plan using participatory tools.  Assisted 25425 rural poor individuals in rebuilding their livelihoods through comprehensive initiatives encompassing adaptive skills development, employment opportunities, establishing business & entrepreneurs. Provided alternative water technology for 20000 households to use rainwater.  Successfully managing donor grants BDT 3628 million ensuring compliance. Engaged multi-sector stakeholders including LGI. Empowered community organization working as community change agent.Led and managed NUPRP in Chandpur municipality and Cumilla city corporation for urban poverty reduction.
