      I trained as an EHO between 1978 and 1981 where I underwent practical training. After qualifying in July 1981, I worked as a general district officer where I underwent the full range of duties.Between 1984 and 1987, I worked in the City`s specialist food section, where I undertook inspections of food premises, investigated food complaints and food positing investigations.
