  Awarded voice interceptor and Arabic linguist position at the culmination of a 62-week Modern Standard Arabic Language course at the Defense Language Institute and Foreign Language Center; and an additional 16 weeks of intensive, specialized training for signal intelligence and voice interception. In 2010, earned the all-source intelligence analyst area of concentration as an officer; the 278th Armored Cavalry Regiment, where I worked as a security sensor and team leader at an observation station. I became proficient with several types of advanced observation equipment and with interagency operations. I performed as the Operations officer (S-3) in the Dominican Republic with the 230th Engineer Battalion where I conducted daily update briefs and synchronized an entire operations staff while coordinating several humanitarian construction projects, air missions, and tracked/evaluated progress reports. I am currently serving a 1 year tour overseas in support of Operation New Dawn and Operation Enduring Freedom. During this tour, I am acting as the Battalion Intelligence Officer, the Antiterrorism and Force Protection Officer, Security Manager, and the Safety Officer. I create and manage various programs, analyze data, brief commanders and staff, initiate security clearances, and conduct inspections of work sites for safety and security. Conduct risk assessments for sensitive equipment, missions, and personnel and develop plans for action. Provide detailed mission analysis of terrain, populous, terrorist threats, weather, current events, etc. by utilizing open source, surveillance and reconnaissance assets, and SIPR net.
