      · Family business established in 1960.· Primarily an importer and exporter of natural casings for onward sale to sausage manufacturers and dealers in the UK, Europe, and the US· I had varied roles including setting up the finance system, managing the warehouse and shipping, coordinating the sales, abattoir management, installing and maintaining machines, and looking after staffing issues.· Between 1992- and 2002-Mark Booth Casings took over the UK management of Independent Casing Company - the biggest casing company in the world at that time. We had a factory with 50 workers processing £6m of UK sheep runners per year.• Between 2005 and 2008 I also managed the UK operation for Teeuwissen UK who bought Mark Booth Casings.
