      - Studied Glioblastoma multiforme - a highly malignant brain cancer. - Lead examination of MAPK/ERK signaling pathway in microglia using Western Blotting and PCR techniques, and tested various permutations of clinically-tested drugs to block CCR1 receptor.- Discovered certain proteins associated with the pathway are phosphorylated following the binding of CCR1’s ligands; research provides specific target proteins for immunological drugs.
