  AMR is the prime contractor with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide (within CONUS) ground ambulance, air ambulance, paratransit services and non-ambulance EMS personnel to supplement the federal and military response to a disaster, act of terrorism or any other public health emergency.When activated, my responsibilities expanded to include planning, administrative, and/or finance functions as assigned by the Incident Commander. Responses in this role included multiple COVID responses (CA, MO, KY, OR, MS, LA, NY, NJ, OK, TX, Navajo Nation) and Hurricane Ida.Notable accomplishments:2019 - Led transition of OEM response documentation from Formstack and Excel to Smartsheet.2020 - DHS contracted with AMR to provide staffing for COVID screening at multiple airports and ports of entry. I created a multi-faceted disaster response solution in Smartsheet. The "deployment machine" evolved to include workspaces with multiple tools for all sections (Operations, Planning, Finance, Logistics, Clinical and Safety). Show less Nine (9) years of project management experience leading and/or acting as a subject matter expert for multiple national revenue optimization initiatives. Scaled revenue optimization program developed and refined between 2009-2011 for national roll-out beginning in 2013. Program became the Pre-Billing Department responsible for interfacing with AMR Operations and AMR's billing vendor. Served as National Manager over the department of 160+ personnel until 2017 when we realigned department under regional managers shifting my focus solely to special projects. Show less Acted as the liaison between Operations (MS, AL, LA, GA) and AMR's national billing department. Responsible for bridging understanding and expectations between operations and billing after locally managed billing office was closed and centralized in Akron, OH. Responsible for developing education material and providing training to field and dispatch personnel as well as external partners, e.g. case managers at local nursing facilities and hospitals. In 2010, I was tasked with serving as Plans Section Chief for AMR's contract with BP in support of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill cleanup efforts along the Gulf Coast.
