  I learned many great tips from resume styles and suggestions, interviewing questions and methods to practice for a successful interview, skills enhancements in Key Train, how to develop cover letters, your own elevator speech, and thank you letters. This class is amazingly wonderful! I learned so much in just one week. I would suggest that this class be incorperated in every high school or maybe even some of the skills to be introduce in middle school. The best advice that I received from this class was how to market myself and to continue to work on developing myself in the necessary areas in pursuing my career in Architecture. The instructor, Debbie Baker and the Lancaster Works Workforce Development Project Manager, Jennifer Kirby are very encouraging, insightful and great mentors.   I work with all ages at Smart Kids from Infants to 5 year olds all day. I'm a wrap Around Teacher for the After School Program where I direct the children through play and learning the lessons according to the state lesson plan for the 5 year old classrooms. Often through out the day, I assist the Mecklenburg Pre-K teachers with their students according to the teachers and children's needs.
