Then, James was hand-selected for a six-month, process improvement specialist assignment in India, where he updated and reestablished numerous policies and procedures to make them consistent with Armstrong regional and global policies. His integrity and candor allowed him to quickly integrate with the India leadership team and all levels of that organization.
