  I evaluated and treated communication disorders for out-patient clients from early childhood to adulthood. I generated treatment plans, progress notes, and evaluation reports using an electronic medical record system in both in-person and teletherapy settings.Additionally, I provided all speech-language services for students grades k-12 at AFSA High School from 2007 to 2022 as a contracted service provider through Associated Speech and Language Specialists, LLC. In this role, I coordinated services with the special education team to deliver integrated lessons in the educational setting, managed a caseload, and generated special education paperwork including documentation and third party billing.
