Manage and coordinate various HR projectsWorking as one of the contact point in Human Resources Division for the communication with IT Division of the company and external software developers for new Oracle-ERP HR implementation project (launched in October 2016) which will be used as organization’s ERP Module for HR. I have also worked as one of the project resources in BRAC Bank limited in implementing ERP HR (IFS Module) & Employee Self Service in 2010 in BBL.We already successfully implemented the modules such as Oracle EBS, Payroll, Leave etc from July 2018. Now we are working on other modules such as PBCS, Succession Planning, Performance management etc. Show less • Prepare various HR related reports & MIS , i.e. confirmation & renewal of employees, mandatory leave plan, attrition report, gender ratio report, monthly HR report etc on daily/monthly/weekly or ad hoc basis. • Manage Employee Disciplinary Issues.• Act as a single point of contact for HRIS maintenance for HR division.• Ensure all sort of change management in HRIS, i.e. transfer, promotion, designation change, grade change, schedule update, yearly holiday update, Education data update, Work experience, disciplinary action, award, address, nominee information, contact information and other basic data.• Provide strategic data as and when required by the management of the bank, meet HRIS related queries of the employees and assist HR Team about HRIS related functionality provide training on HR overview & Employee Self Service module to the new joiners. • Provide general HR support and services, identify employee development needs and suggest management with necessary steps and procedure plans, organizational change management and Incorporation.• Provide guideline for HR Service Delivery Desk and HR Archive management related activities. Show less • Analysis & design feasibility study of planned projects & estimate the effort required for analyzing and specifying each projects.• Review test plans when required, provide guidance to the test team on the scenarios to be tested & assist with functional testing when required.• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project team, escalate follow ups of taken action to higher management and project team and find out steps to mitigate the risks, troubleshoot and resolve complex project issues, monitor cost, progress, and quality of projects.• Scheduling projects and ensuring these projects are in line with budget, on time, and according to internal or external customer satisfaction, establish and maintain successful partnership with all team members, conduct project communication meetings, presentations and documentations, • Manage routine administrative tasks of all projects coordinate and liaison with internal and external stakeholders of the projects for the meeting/presentations as and when required. • Keep constant liaison with all project managers, relevant department, vendors and relevant project stakeholders to monitor and track the project budgets and payments, assist project managers to get the project deliverable signed-off from relevant stakeholders.
