Manage and coordinate various HR projectsWorking as one of the contact point in Human Resources Division for the communication with IT Division of the company and external software developers for new Oracle-ERP HR implementation project (launched in October 2016) which will be used as organization’s ERP Module for HR. I have also worked as one of the project resources in BRAC Bank limited in implementing ERP HR (IFS Module) & Employee Self Service in 2010 in BBL.We already successfully implemented the modules such as Oracle EBS, Payroll, Leave etc from July 2018.
