       Information Management: Gathered, entered, and maintained information in Access 4-H database, which stores all information for the National 4-H Council. Quality Control Testing: Access 4-H database is a constantly rotating and evolving product; the maintenance of which involved translating customer’s ideas into product options, communicating effectively with database developers to produce upgrades, and editing and testing products before public release. Team Management: Extended responsibilities included managing 3+ interns, including their initial and up-to-date trainings, budgeted work hours projects and continued work quality. This was a remote position, with the headquarters located in Maryland. This was possible through the use of Skype, Google Drive, Assembla, LightHouse, and various screen sharing platforms. Show less

Films varied in length from 30-120 minutes. Extended responsibilities included reviewing films by writing an essay that summarized the topic and content, expounding on the effectiveness of the film, its strengths, weaknesses and techniques, and scoring the film according to specific festival guidelines and qualities.
