   Information Management: Gathered, entered, and maintained information in Access 4-H database, which stores all information for the National 4-H Council. Quality Control Testing: Access 4-H database is a constantly rotating and evolving product; the maintenance of which involved translating customer’s ideas into product options, communicating effectively with database developers to produce upgrades, and editing and testing products before public release. Team Management: Extended responsibilities included managing 3+ interns, including their initial and up-to-date trainings, budgeted work hours projects and continued work quality. This was a remote position, with the headquarters located in Maryland.
