In addition to this, I played a pivotal role in mentoring and assisting in the development of Community Policing initiatives aimed at strengthening the relationship between law enforcement agencies and the citizens of the Anbar Province. This collaborative effort involved working closely with officers from the international law enforcement community. Within this framework, I provided training in various critical areas, including the Use of Force, Crime Scene Processing, Evidence Handling, Human Rights, and the preparation of case files for criminal prosecution by local authorities. Tasks included the development and initiation of the Special Police Training Academy, effectively supervised the Training and Development Unit of the Afghanistan National Police Training Core and oversaw the successful development of the National Special Police’s curriculum policies and procedures.
