  A 9 week summer project working on high temperature properties of hot metal desulphurisation slags with waste glass additions. The project aim was to increase skimming efficiency and reduce the loss of iron yield in the blast furnace process of steelmaking by altering viscosity properties of slag compositions through STA (TGA/DSC) and viscosity measurements.
