  It was a full banking experience. I got to observe other's work, given instructional activities, independent activities and directed tasks by supervisors from different departments.Finance Department:- Analyzing the financial statements of some peer banks relative to ABK and interpreting their performance through different financial ratios and trends.- Understanding the function of the regulatory reports that are submitted to the Central Bank through examining the Banking Return Forms (BRFs) and DFSA reports.Human Resource Department:- Implemented the HR dashboards for Q2 2019.- Monitored the Attendance Records- Did a full investigation and report on the problems faced by the Success Factors system.Corporate Banking:- Understanding how the credit analysis differs from one sector to another, the importance of the global and local economic trends and combine all the information to develop an effective financial analysis that will make the deal.- Developed two financial analysis for two different sectors; service and manufacturing sectors.Operations Department:- Developed Corporate Governance Framework for operations department in UAE; it summarizes the function and the responsibility of the operations department through providing the standard operating procedures for all the operations and the regulations related to them.Moreover, I spent some time with Trade Finance department, Treasury department, Retail Operations department, Corporate Operations department and Financial Institutions Banking.
