  As an Extern at the Conrad New York, I was exposed to the 5-star luxury hotel service. Over the week, I was immersed in the culture of the hotel and learned how the departments of the hotel work together to optimize the guest's luxury experience.

  As an Intern at the Marriott Long Wharf in Boston, MA I was able to be apart of the outstanding team that leads the operations of the hotel. I specifically worked in the Housekeeping Department where I was the MLR and worked alongside the management team in developing training, inspecting rooms and public spaces, and shadowing meetings and the interview process. I also piloted a project to improve housekeeper inspection scores by creating a board where the team could keep track of their progress. This way, the team is more invested in improving the overall score and highlighting areas of improvement. I worked with the management team to edit the inspection criteria as we entered the summer post renovation. Show less
