  Specialising in taking on new property developments as well as existing scheme's. Evaluating financial , statutory, legal position of either Sectional Title Scheme's or Homeowners Associations. Providing these scheme's with a comprehensive overview and recommendations on either financial rehabilitation or complying with various Laws such as The Sectional Title Act or Companies Act requirements. Providing legal advise in terms of these Act's and analysing various complexed issues these Scheme's might be experiencing upon the initial take on process. Managing various other services that we provide such as Flexicare which is a part-time caretaker service. Ensuring our managed scheme's who make use of this product, receives the required service with my caretakers. Managing an average of 6 x Property Portfolio Managers and an average of 8 x Personal Assistants, Maintenance Administrator, Data Capturing Clerk, Credit Controllers. I also personally manage a few large Estate's as a Property Manager. Show less
