      Different manager missions with 15 to 25 direct reports. Accountability for salary discussions, personal development and training, delivery objectives and follow up/evaluation of performance. Coaching of staff and teams but also acted as personal coach for staff from other Management teams.In my role as Director I was accountable to phase out the redundant staff working within Data Management in Sweden. Recruited a Leadership team of 4 Managers to drive the phase out process and ensure drug project delivery. Lead of Management team and representative on different AstraZeneca teams driving the Study Data Management transition to external provider (Cognizant). Worked in liaison with Human Resource partner and Outplacement companies. Delivered the phase out on time and budget.Challenge was to deliver in Drug Projects despite losing competence and to recruit and train contractors to cover the reduction in AstraZeneca staff which I and my Management team succeeded very well in delivering.Lead of team development and coach activities for Drug Project Teams where multiple skills participated.
