  As a Construction Manager of a 4-5 T-Mobile ‘Tiger Teams” Emergency repair teams, my responsibilities included responding to outages or alarms relating to the tower side of their cell sites , this related ticket required an immediate and expedited determination and resolution to the alarm raised by the T-Mobile NOC. This prescribed me to work with the construction and field team to find a cost-effective site repair while ensuring the most economical and efficient construction practices are utilized while determining quality construction standards and adherence to project plans were followed. I often needed to review the project scope, structural analysis, construction drawing, and installations based on carrier requirements. After being given the green light for repair I continually updated multiple databases with documents and timelines to track repair deadlines, Maintained safe work environments, monitored safety process of crews and contractors. Reviewed bill of materials to ensure proper usage within client guidelines. After the outage was resolved I was responsible for communicating with clients for any inconsistencies relating to the repair, closeouts, or missing material. Coordinate QA processes and resolutions including all punch-list and other corrections needed, real time review of initial and final videos, photos, closeouts and site audit data, and overseeing completion of closeout documentation, quality of build and adherence to Blue Stream's process.   While working as a PE on the T-Mobile deep south modernization project, I ensured that all performed construction and maintenance of OSP/ISP infrastructure was completed according to industry standards.   After the complete destruction of the island of Puerto Rico by the deadly Category 5 Hurricane Maria, I was given the opportunity to help and assist in the restoration of the utilities needed to restore power, phone and internet infrastructure needed by the island. While leading a team of junior field engineers, I was tasked with updating our team progress in gathering critical ROW and pole attachment data needed by the design team in determining a path to restoration of services. This became a challenge due to the limited power and lack of usable roads or ROW left in place post the hurricane.   As an Outside Plant Fiber Design Engineer, I was responsible for Fiber Optic detailed network design for fiber-based networks.
