  Work as a Project Product Manager for SDS Wellhead Systems, in charge of delivery of given number of wellhead systems. I would ensure proper demand loading through Sales Orders into manufacturing plant, managing the budget given to me by project for all aspects related to the delivery - engineering, expediting, project management, travel, etc, working with Product Planners to create and maintain P6 schedule which would be submitted to clients & project team. I also used my offshore product knowledge to talk with clients about offshore operations. I was also the Service Project lead tasked with assisting in organising Capital Expenditure (CAPEX), from looking at the tooling required, driving the actions of others to check global supply and demand through ETM checks, and engineering to narrowing down existing tooling and checking compatibility. I would then assist in drafting the AFE (Authorization For Expenditure), and getting that loaded into finance for routing up the approval chain. Once AFE was approved, I would work with Material Planners to load demand into each segments respective manufacturing plant, and track delivery of those tools. Part of the job was to ensure each tool would meet delivery - and early identification of late tooling was critical to ensure success. Another part of the Project Lead role was to help deliver a project which was running late. I was tasked with taking on the CAPEX delivery for WCS and C&A tooling, identifying what was running late, & working with the respective PMM's to bring that delivery back in. I worked with the PMM's, engineering, EMS, and supply chain to expedite parts from vendors, find compatible tooling, or modify existing global tooling to ensure tooling demand was met.
