I built this cross-offices and cross-countries project with two main goals : bring a solid local knowledge of the market, shared with my office (South EMEA) and connect the offices of Rome, Casablanca and Marrakech together to start a closer collaboration. This project has been a full success as my team and I were more aware of the local knowledge of the market share and we were then able to adapt better our strategies with those countries in our commercial targets. Market studies on Middle East : Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Qatar, Libanon : To follow the input of my preview market study and local implication, I continued to involved my department in knowing better our fields of action. I decided to focus on Middle East at it is a challenging area but with a great potential of growth.I met the offices of Cairo, Dubai, and Jeddah. We shared our knowledge and build a stronger collaboration between us. I have created a Hub tailored material shared in our Learning Platform.For those both market studies & cross-offices project, I dealt with Account Managers and Senior Account Managers and shared all the informations I gathered with my colleagues and peers in the office of Rome. We were then able to build new projects and new strategies. All along this experience at Booking.com I trained new agents of my department in Zagreb and Rome; I also participated to the onboarding process of peers in Amsterdam that are supporting the office of Rome.
